What we collect, why we collect it and the choices you have.
Operating entity
Owner Track Media, LLC (in formation). Final entity details require owner approval before launch.
Information you provide
Contact forms store your name, email, message and submission time. Newsletter signups store your first name, email, selected tracks, signup source, your newsletter preference and a timestamp. Interest forms also store business type, revenue band, the problem you describe and interest source. Free accounts store your first name and email. When you ask to save a tool result (Owner Scorecard, rate-shock test or fuel-surcharge calculator), we save the calculator inputs, the recomputed results and a timestamp to your account.
Report emails
When you request it, we email your saved results with a private PDF download link. The link is stored only as a hash and expires after 7 days. Signed-in accounts can also download their saved PDFs from the Account page.
How it is used
Signup details support the lessons and updates you requested. Interest responses help prioritize planned content and offers. We do not sell your details for third-party marketing.
Analytics and advertising cookies
We use Google Analytics (Google LLC) to measure visits, page views and actions such as form submissions and clicks on email, phone or booking links, and to measure advertising. Google receives your device and browser details, IP-derived location and cookie identifiers. In the US these cookies are on by default; opt out any time with Cookie settings in the footer, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser also turns them off. In the EU, UK and Switzerland they stay off unless you choose Accept. Your choice and its date are stored in your browser. Ahrefs Web Analytics counts visits without cookies.
Your choices
Request correction, deletion or removal from the list at studio@theownertrack.com. Signing in to an existing account never changes your newsletter preference.
Security and retention
Access to saved signup records is restricted. Keep confidential documents and sensitive personal information out of interest forms. Records are retained to support the requested updates; contact us for removal.
